What's on in Redditch This Week

As you plan your week, you might be wondering what's happening in Redditch. For the coming days, you'll find a focus on events that combine socialising with a meal. There are options if you’re looking for a night out with more than just dinner. Consider an evening centred around a themed meal and entertainment. Several venues are offering experiences where a story unfolds during your meal. These events often draw inspiration from local history, building on Redditch’s history as a New Town designated in 1964. Alternatively, if you enjoy sports and conversation, there's a dinner event featuring a notable athlete offering a chance to listen and socialise. These opportunities are for adults seeking a relaxed but engaging social atmosphere, where the food is complemented by an activity or presentation. You can choose an experience that prompts discussion, or one that provides insight. Perhaps you’ll find an event discussing the history of the needle-making industry, once central to Redditch’s identity, or a talk relating to John Bonham, born locally. This week encourages you to step out for an evening that combines good company with performance or sporting insight, making for a memorable night. The Kingfisher Shopping Centre and surrounding areas host many of these events, easily accessible via the Cross-City Line to Redditch Railway Station.
